The present Petition under Section 528 BNSS has been filed by the Petitioner for quashing of the FIR bearing No. 054/2025 dated 23.01.2025 under Sections 281/125(A)/106(1) BNS, registered at Police Station Naraina, Delhi.

The brief facts are that on 22.01.2025 the Respondent No.2 came all of sudden in front of the vehicle of the Petitioner and met with an accident and sustain injuries. Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 054/2025 dated 23.01.2025 under Sections 281/125(A)/106(1) BNS, has been registered against the Petitioner at Police Station Naraina, Delhi. 3.

already sorted out their all differences with the intervention of their respective persons of the vicinity vide Settlement Deed dated 18.03.2025 and they have left no grudge or grievance against each other in any manner whatsoever. Therefore, the Petition be quashed. 4.
The complainant is present in the Court and submits that the matter stands settled with the Petitioner. He has no objection if the FIR is quashed against the petitioner on account of the settlement already arrived at between the parties.

The parties are present before this Court in-person today, and have been identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer concerned. 6.
In view of the submissions made, the Petition is allowed. Accordingly, the FIR bearing No. 054/2025 registered at Police Station Naraina, Delhi, for offences punishable under Sections 281/125(A)/106(1) BNS with all the subsequent proceedings and the charge sheet is hereby quashed qua all the Petitioner.

The Petition stands disposed of.
