Some amount awarded has already been released to the decree-holder, subject to furnishing security.

The balance amount deposited shall also be released to the decreeholder, subject to furnishing security to the satisfaction of the Registrar General, Delhi High Court.

The Registrar will consider the security furnished by the decree-holder. 4.

In case there arises any calculation issues, the decree-holder shall be entitled to revive/ file fresh petition, after the disposal of O.M.P. (COMM) 452/2020.

In the aforesaid terms, the present petition is disposed of with pending applications, if any.
