The petitioner seeks for implementation of the order passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate (Headquarter) District Magistrate (South West). 4.

If the petitioner has any grievance with respect to non implementation of the said order, he shall always be at liberty to approach the higher authorities such as the District Magistrate or the Divisional Commissioner. 5.

There cannot be a direction by the High Court to implement the order passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate. The High Court cannot act as executing Court of the directions of such authorities.
