This hearing has been held through video conferencing. 2.
The present application has been filed seeking interim bail for a period of 45 days. The status report and nominal roll were called for on the last date. In view of the status report and the nominal roll, Mr. Ajay Verma, ld. counsel does not press the application for bail. 3.
However, considering the fact that the Applicant has been in judicial custody since 2012 and there are more than 140 witnesses, out of which only 38 witnesses have been examined, the Applicant is permitted to contact his family, including his wife, and speak to them as per the jail manuals/rules through video conferencing or any other electronic mobile application once in a week.

The Bail Application is disposed of in the above terms. All pending applications are also disposed of.
