However, at the outset, learned counsel for petitioner, referring to the judgment pronounced by this court yesterday itself in the case of Shafeeq Ahmad & Ors vs State of NCT of Delhi & Anr., 2025:DHC:3024 seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

The petition as well as pending application are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
