The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No. 1559/2015 under Section 363 IPC, registered with Police Station Burari, be quashed.

Mr Avi Singh, learned ASC appearing for the State states that as per his instructions, a final report would be filed within a period of two weeks from today.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to apply afresh in case the final report is averse to the petitioner.
