dated 22.10.2019 passed by the District & Sessions Judge, Saket Courts, New Delhi in CS DJ No. 9807/2016 and the correct course of action of the Petitioner would be to enforce the said judgment by filing an appropriate application under Order XXI of the CPC before the Competent Court. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner accepted the suggestion put forth by the Court and seeks permission to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to take such steps as available in accordance with law. 3.

It is made clear that all the rights and contentions raised in this writ petition would be available to the Petitioner while moving an appropriate application under Order XXI CPC in order to execute the decree dated 22.10.2019 passed by passed by the District & Sessions Judge, Saket Courts, New Delhi in CS DJ No. 9807/2016.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case.
