The present petition seeks transfer of investigation of FIR No. 442/2022 registered under Sections 420/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code, 18601 at P.S. Sector 23 Dwarka to the Delhi Intelligence Unit2 where the connected FIR No. 300/2022 registered under Sections 448/468/471 of IPC at P.S. Sector 23 Dwarka is pending investigation by SI, DIU, Dwarka. 2.

Ms. Rupali Bandhopadhya, ASC for State, states that the FIR No. 442/2022 was transferred to DIU on 20th November, 2023 and since then the investigation has been completed and the chargesheet has been filed on 11th 1 "IPC"

In light of the foregoing developments, no directions of this Court are necessary as the primary relief sought by the Petitioner stands satisfied. As regards other reliefs, in case the Petitioner is dissatisfied with the investigation, he shall be free to invoke the appropriate remedy, in accordance with law before the Trial Court.
