This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:
"In view of the facts and legal submissions made above, the Petitioner most respectfully pray that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to:
i.
Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to decide and dispose off the legal notice dated 09.08.2022 preferred by the Petitioner in an expeditious and time bound manner; and ii.
Pass any such orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the light of above mentioned facts and circumstances of the case."
