% 12.04.2019 CM APPL. 17401/2019 (Exemption) Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

This application is, accordingly, disposed of. W.P.(C) 3816/2019 & CM APPLN. 17400/2019 After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel for the respondent who appears on advance notice, the main issue in the present petition is to revoke the suspension order dated 26.02.2018. The suspension order has been challenged by the petitioner under Regulation 17 of the PNB Officers Employees Regulation 1977. However, the appeal made by the petitioner has not been decided by the respondent bank.

Accordingly, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the

respondent bank to take a decision on the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 26.02.2018 within four weeks from the receipt of this order. Needless to state that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision to be taken by the respondent, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate Forum.

In view of above, the petition is disposed of. SURESH KUMAR KAIT, J APRIL 12, 2019 ab
