Petition under Article 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed for directing the Respondent No.3 to implead the Petitioner in the pending judicial enquiry; to direct Respondent No.3 to take action against the erring and negligent police officials and to transfer the pending judicial enquiry to some other learned M.M. 2.

Learned counsel for the Respondent submits that the Inquest proceedings stand concluded on 19.01.2022.

In view of the conclusion of the Inquest Report, nothing more survives in the present Writ Petition which is hereby disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedy, if so desired in accordance with law.
