"a) Allow the present Petition;

b) Direct Expeditious disposal of the HMA/1158/18 currently pending the Court of Sh. Deepak Garg, Ld. PJFC, North Rohini Court, Delhi in a time bound manner;

c) Pass any other appropriate order as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case may also be granted in favour of the Petitioner."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate application before the learned Family Court.
