O R D E R

The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking interim bail in FIR No. 68/2017 under Sections 302/201/120B IPC registered at Police Station Defence Colony, Delhi on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2017 and has spent more than 2 years in prison and is thus covered by the criterial laid in the Minutes of Meeting dated 18.05.2020 passed by the learned High Powered Committee. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not involved in any other case and was last admitted to interim bail by this Court in BAIL APPLN. 852/2020 vide order dated 06.05.2020 for a period of two weeks (extended by another two weeks), whereafter the petitioner duly surrendered.

It is submitted that the petitioner's two children are living with their aunt.

In terms of the last order, the nominal roll of the petitioner has been placed on record. As per the nominal roll, the petitioner has undergone the sentence of 2 years, 11 months & 26 days.

Ms. Radhika Kolluru, learned APP for the State, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is not involved in any other case. 6.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to interim bail for a period of 3 weeks from the date of her release, on her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent/Duty MM and subject to the following conditions :- (i) The petitioner shall not get in touch with the complainant or any other prosecution witness directly or indirectly and shall not make any effort to tamper with the evidence. (ii) The petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of NCT of Delhi.

(iii) The petitioner shall provide her mobile telephone number to the concerned IO/SHO, P.S. Defence Colony, Delhi which she undertakes to keep operational at all times. (iv) The petitioner shall further remain in touch telephonically with SHO Jitender Kumar Malik (Mob-8750870827), P.S. Defence Colony, Delhi on every Monday and Friday. (v) The petitioner shall surrender at the expiry of her release period.

With the above directions, the bail application is disposed of. 8.

A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned Jail Superintendent electronically.
