CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIBHU BAKHRU
O R D E R
% 12.04.2019 CM APPL. 17406/2019 1.
Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.
2.
The application is disposed of.
W.P.(C) 3819/2019 3.
It is seen that there is a serious inconsistency regarding the identity of the petitioner. At some place it is stated that the petitioner is a company, and at another place it is described as the sole proprietorship Anil Kumar Arora. It is also averred that the petitioner has filed the present petition through its power of attorney holder. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner now states that the petitioner was a firm which was dissolved. 4.
In view of the varying inconsistent stands, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a proper petition clearly
disclosing the identity and the nature of the petitioner. Plainly, if the petitioner is a sole proprietorship concern, the petition is to be filed by the sole proprietor.
