This is fresh petition u/S. 27 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act alongwith I.A. 8788/2025 u/S. 151 CPC filed by petitioner. Notice accepted by the opposite party and Ld. Counsel for Respondent has stated that he has no objection to the application. Ld. Counsel for petitioner has stated that there is urgency in the matter as the next date for evidence before Ld. Arbitral Tribunal is 28.04.2024 and 29.04.2025. Ld. Counsel for petitioner has stated that permission has already been granted by Ld. Arbitrator for moving the present application.

Arbitrator on 28.04.2024 and 29.04.2025.
