The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the detention of the petitioner in the Deportation Camp, Sewa Sadan, Lampur Border, Narela be declared as illegal.

It is pointed out that the petitioner is no longer detained in the said camp in view of the allegation that he had forged his passport and visa. He is currently in judicial custody.

In view of the above, it is not necessary to address the relief as sought for by the petitioner.

The petitioner's essential grievance is regarding non-issuance of visa during the period of trial in case arising from FIR No. 181/2018 registered with PS Vikaspuri. The said question would be addressed once the petitioner

is released on bail in the said case and his application for visa for facing the trial is denied. No such relief is sought in this petition. 5.

The present petition is, accordingly, dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to file afresh if a cause so arises. VIBHU BAKHRU, J JULY 22, 2020 pkv
