of Mediation Agreement dated 26.04.2025 arrived at through mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Delhi High Court, New Delhi.
It is further submitted that by way of the Mediation Agreement dated 26.04.2025, the petitioners are obliged to vacate the subject premises on 31.12.2026; and in the interregnum, they are liable to pay use and occupation charges of Rs.1.75 lacs per month with effect from 01.07.2025 till 31.12.2026.
It is also noticed that though as per Para 1 of the settlement agreement, the petitioners were required to file an undertaking in terms of the Mediation Agreement, no such undertaking is on record as of date. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to file an undertaking in terms of the settlement within 02 weeks.
The petitions are disposed-of in terms of the mediated settlement, holding the parties bound by the terms thereof. Pending applications, if any, are also disposed-of.
