The accused/applicant seeks interim bail for a period of two months in case FIR No. 201/2021 of PS Maidan Garhi for offence under Section 376 IPC and 6/9/10/21 of POCSO Act.

This interim bail application has come up now (03:25pm) by way of third supplementary list after mentioning was allowed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice.

At the outset, learned APP discloses that the accused/applicant has concealed dismissal of previous interim bail application bearing BAIL APPLN. 4415/2025 dismissed on 19.01.2026 by this bench. 4.

In response, counsel for the accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh after disclosing complete facts.
