The Petitioner was given interim bail vide the last order dated 14th July, 2020. There is no allegation that the bail conditions have been violated. Accordingly, in view of the Full Bench order dated 24th August, 2020 in W.P. (C) 3037/2020 titled Court on its own motion v. State & Ors., the interim bail is extended till 31st October, 2020. The Petitioner shall surrender upon the expiry of the said period.

The present petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to seek regular bail in accordance with law.
