The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking that the respondents be restrained from illegally entering the petitioner's residential premises situated at Plot No. 2, Rani Garden, Shastri Nagar, East Delhi, and from harassing her under the guise of executing warrants issued in a case concerning her estranged husband, Shri Mahender Pal. 2.
It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was coerced into making a statement before the executing court that "she is willing to transfer the property bearing no. plot no.2, Rani Garden, Shastri Nagar, Delhi-110031 in the name of the DH for the satisfaction of the decree".

After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move an application before the Execution Court seeking review / recall of orders dated 02.03.2024 and 08.04.2025 [ in which the aforesaid statement was recorded]. 4.
The present petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.

Needless to say, the parties, including the respondents herein, shall abide by the orders that may be passed by the Execution Court pursuant to filing of any application by the petitioner. It is also made clear that this order shall not be construed as an expression of opinion of this Court on the merits of the controversy.
