Mr. Raghavendra M. Bajaj, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner on instructions from the petitioner who is physically present in Court, seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

The writ petition alongwith pending application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.

At this stage Mr. Bajaj submits that the petitioner has already made a representation to the UGC vide e-mail dated 24.01.2025 which is Annexure A-10 to the present petition.
