Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner. 2.

This petition is filed with the following relief:- "i) issue appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to set aside/quash the order dated 18.02.2019 of the respondent.

ii) and issue an appropriate writ, order or direction to decide the recognition for conducting B.Ed. course on merits. 3.

Before adjudicating on the merits, the Court takes note of the fact that the petitioner-college itself is situated outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. In various cases, this Court has taken a view that merely because the office of the official respondents or the Appellate Authority under the Act is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court, the same cannot be the sole determinative factor to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court. The Court has also opined that as the integral, essential and material part of the cause of action has arisen where the college is situated, the jurisdictional High The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Court shall have the territorial jurisdictional to entertain the writ petition. 4.
