2. Status Report on behalf of respondent no. 2 is stated to have been filed.
3. Status Report has also been filed on behalf of respondent no. 1/Corporation. It states that all the unauthorized construction and the offending portions have been demolished. The photographs of the action taken are as under:-
4. They show that the so-called alleged unauthorized construction has been rendered unusable. Let the rubble be cleared up by the owner of the property, lest it pose any threat of injury to anybody occupying the building or any passerby. The Corporation shall ensure that it is so done. Charges, as may be, shall be recovered from the owner/occupier/builder.
5. No further orders are required to be passed.
6. The petition is disposed-off in the above terms.
7. Further proceedings, as may be, shall be pursued by the Corporation and/or by the parties as per law.
