The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner- Nexgen Busicorp under Article 226 of the Constitution of India assailing the show cause notice dated 25th July 2022 and the impugned order dated 3rd February 2023 passed by Sales Tax Officer Class II/AVATO. Vide the impugned order the Petitioner's GST registration has been cancelled. 3.

Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner wishes to withdraw the present writ petition and avail of his remedies in accordance with law. 4.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. PRATHIBA M. SINGH, J.
