The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "a) Initiate contempt proceeding against the alleged contemnor for willfully and deliberately disobeying the judgment dated 22.01.2020 of this Hon 'ble Court passed in the Writ Petition (Civil) of 2020eaptioned as "JAN JAGRUTI FOUNDATION Vs NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR TEACHER EDUCATION & ANR."

b) Restrain the Respondent No.2from attending any meeting or in any manner taking part in day to day working of the Western Regional Committee, till the Respondent No.1 conclude enquiry The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. in terms of Order dated 22.01.2020passed by this Hon'ble court. c) Pass any other order that is deemed fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case."

Vide judgment dated 22.01.2020 in W.P.(C) 790/2020, the learned Division Bench of this Court has passed the following directions:- "4. We hereby direct the respondent No.1 to look into the grievances ventilated by this petitioner in the instant writ petition including Annexures P-5, P-9, P-10, P-12 and P-13, and thereafter take appropriate decision in accordance with law, rules, regulations and Government policy applicable to the facts of the present case after giving an adequate opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and respondent No.2."

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that aforesaid directions have been complied with by way of notification bearing No. F.No. NCTECDN016(13)/19/2021-CDN-HQ dated 20.10.2023 issued by respondent No.1. It is pointed out that the name of respondent No.2 is not reflected as a member of the Western Regional Committee.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press this petition.

The present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 7.
