The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to respondent no.1 restraining it from illegally constructing a road through the plot of the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner claims that he is the owner and in possession of the land measuring 93 sq. yards (out of total land measuring 1000 sq. yards), of Plot No.83, Khasra No.1228/1, situated at Village Malikpur Kohi Alias Rangpuri, Tehsil-Mehrauli, New Delhi now known as B-Block, Pocket No.2, Rangpuri Extension, New Delhi-110037.

The petitioner's grievance is that respondent no.1 is constructing a road through his property.

It is also stated that demarcation of the plot had been carried out earlier.

In view of the above, the concerned officer of respondent no.3 (SDM, Kapashera) is directed to examine the petitioner's claim and communicate his decision to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today. 6.

The petition is disposed of with the aforementioned direction. 7.
