D. N. PATEL, Chief Justice (Oral) The proceedings in the matter have been conducted through video conferencing.
C.M.No.13175/2020(exemptions) Exemptions allowed, subject to all just exceptions. W.P.(C) No.3681/2020 1.
This public interest litigation has been preferred with the following prayers:- "A.
Allow the present Writ Petition and pass a Writ, Order, Direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the Impugned order dated 19th June 2020 passed by the Respondent No. 1;
W.P.(C) 3681/2020
B.
Such other Writ, order or direction as may be deemed appropriate in the facts of the present petition" 2.
Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears that the impugned order dated 19th June, 2020 passed by the respondent No.1 has now been modified by another order dated 20th June, 2020, whereby the disputed paragraph in question, that is, paragraph - 4(iii) of the order dated 19th June, 2020 has been modified, the rest of the order has been kept unchanged. 3.
The main grievance ventilated in this petition is about paragraph 4(iii) of the order dated 19th June, 2020 (Annexure P-1 to the memo of this writ petition). Since, this paragraph has already been modified by the recent order dated 20th June, 2020 passed by the respondent No.1, the grievance of the petitioner has been brought to an end.
4.
Nonetheless, liberty is reserved with the petitioner to challenge the new directions dated 20th June, 2020, if aggrieved with the same. 5.
With these observations, the petition is disposed of. The application for interim direction also stands disposed of. CHIEF JUSTICE PRATEEK JALAN, J JUNE 23, 2020 'anb'
