% 20.02.2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the application with liberty to file the same after the examination of material witness i.e. victim Mamta.

Application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. Learned Trial Court is directed to make an endeavour to consider arguments on charge against the accused, who have been summoned pursuant to protest petition filed on behalf of victim Mamta alongwith any other accused against whom the charge is yet to be considered. A copy of this order be forwarded to learned Trial Court for information and compliance.
