% 10.02.2017 The petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal and unauthorized construction which is being permitted at property No. R-175-A, Gali No. 8, Ramesh Park, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. It is stated that this is against the byelaws of the Corporation.

On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent No. 1/East Delhi Municipal Corporation has put in appearance. His submission is that apart from the fact that the petitioner has no locus-standing to prefer this petition, additional submission is that since the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his representation dated 19.10.2016 remains un-answered, the respondent undertakes to answer that representation of the petitioner within a time-bound frame. This proposal is acceptable to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the representation dated 19.10.2016 to the Department shall be answered within an outer limit of eight weeks.

Needless to state that this representation will consider the response of the private respondent namely respondent No. 2 before it is answered. Petition disposed of in the above terms.
