% 08.02.2017 The petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal and unauthorized construction which is being permitted at property No. 61-A, Kishan Kunj Extension, Part-I, Gali No.2, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. It is pointed out that this is against all the byelaws of the Corporation. On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 has put in appearance. His submission is that this property was booked on 10.01.2017 and pursuant thereto, demolition order has also been passed on 30.01.2017. Additional submission is that all further actions in accordance with law shall be completed and taken to its ultimate goal. This submission of respondent No. 1 is taken on record. It is hoped and expected that this statement shall be honoured in true letters and spirit. Needless to state that all adverse actions against 2 shall be after due notice to respondent No. 2. No further orders are called for in this petition. It is disposed of.
