% 10.02.2017 The petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal and unauthorized construction which is being carried out at property No. 49, Kishan Kunj Part-I, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi. It is stated that this is against all the byelaws of the Corporation.

On advance notice learned counsel for respondent No. 1/East Delhi Municipal Corporation has put in appearance. He has filed a status report. His submission is that the alleged illegal construction in the shape of third and fourth floor was booked and a show cause notice dated 19.01.2017 has been issued. Demolition order has also been passed on 06.02.2017. Work stop notice has also been issued on 07.02.2017 informing the local SHO to stop the unauthorized construction. Sealing proceedings under Section 345-A of the DMC Act have been initiated. All further actions in accordance with law

which has been initiated shall be completed and taken to its ultimate goal. This statement of respondent No. 1 is taken on record. It is hoped and expected that the said statement shall be honoured in true letter and spirit. Needless to state that all adverse actions taken against the aforenoted property will be after due notice to respondent No. 2 namely the private respondent.

No further orders are called for on this petition. It is disposed of accordingly.
