The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the present writ petition. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") submits that part-action was taken in the property in question on 10th June, 2025 and further action is now fixed for 13th August, 2025. 4.

Learned counsels for respondents, on instructions, further submit that the respondents have no objection if the present writ petition is withdrawn. 5.

Accordingly, noting the aforesaid, the MCD is bound by its statement to take requisite action against the property in question. 6.

In view of the aforementioned, the present writ petition, along with pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn. 7.
