1. Mr. Ravi Gupta, learned senior counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the DRT with an appropriate application for enforcement of the conditions of contract and sanction letter.

2. The petition and the pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

3. It is clarified that the DRT will decide the Petitioner's application on merits uninfluenced by any of the orders passed in the present petition by this Court.
