Learned counsel representing the Petitioner submits that the technical bid of the Petitioner has been rejected by the Respondent subsequent to the filing of the present Petition. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition challenging the correctness of the said order passed by the Respondent.
