O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner was granted interim bail by the trial court vide order dated 20.05.2020 on account of surgery of his wife, which was extended by this Court vide orders dated 24.06.2020 and 07.07.2020. Learned counsel has referred to orders dated 13.07.2020 and 24.07.2020 passed in W.P.(C) 3037/2020 wherein interim orders have been directed to be extended till 31.08.2020. 2.

The Full Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.07.2020 in W.P.(C) 3037/2020 has observed as under:- "2.

Since some of the restrictions imposed by the Government of India were still in operation, and therefore, taking note of the extraordinary circumstances prevailing at that point of time, by order dated 15th May, 2020 we had extended our directions, which were given in the order dated 25th March, 2020, till 15th June, 2020.

Similarly, due to no change in the circumstances and taking note of the directions of Hon'ble Administrative and

General Supervision Committee of this Court the directions contained in our orders dated 25th March, 15th May and 15th June, 2020 were further extended till 15th July, 2020 with same terms and conditions.

Now taking note of the prevalent Covid-19 pandemic situation in Delhi Hon'ble Administrative and General Supervision Committee of this Court has been pleased to order that regular functioning of this Court as well Courts subordinate to this Court shall continue to remain suspended till 31st July, 2020.

In view of the above, we hereby further extend the implementation of the directions contained in our order dated 25th March, 2020 and 15th May, 2020 and 15th June, 2020 till 31st August, 2020 with the same terms and conditions." 3.

Accordingly, in view of the order dated 13.07.2020 passed in W.P.(C) 3037/2020, the interim bail of the petitioner is extended till 31.08.2020 on the same terms and conditions.

Bail application is disposed of.
