The present petition under Article 226/227 of the constitution of India r/w Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that in view of the facts and circumstances stated above, a writ of mandamus may kindly be issued directing the respondent no.1 to monitor and supervise the investigation and directions may also be passed directing the respondent no.2 to investigate the matter and analyse the call details, call location, chatting alongwith post mortem report and all the angles mentioned in this petition in order to reach out at the truth and transfer the IO and if need be, transfer the investigation to the Crime Branch, Delhi Police, in the interest of justice.
Any other further order/orders may kindly be passed which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."
