The Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:- "a. Pass an order in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction, directing the respondent no.1 and respondent no.2 to release the pending pension/financial assistance of Rs. 3000 per month to the leprosy persons through Rehabilitation Centre for Leprosy Affected Persons Scheme, 1981; b. Pass an order in nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction, directing the respondents not to delay and regularly deposit the pension/financial assistance of Rs. 3000 per month as per Rehabilitation Centre for Leprosy Affected Persons scheme, 1981;

c. Pass any other order deemed fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court."

Mr. Jepi Y Chisho, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, states that the Petitioner is now getting the financial assistance of Rs. 3,000/- per month regularly and, therefore, no grievance survives as of now. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of along with pending application(s), if any.

Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to approach this Court if need so arises in future.
