The hearing has been conducted through Video Conferencing. 2.

This revision petition challenges the order dated 12.06.2020 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Saket in case MT No.36/2019 wherein a direction was passed to pay an amount of Rs.10,000/- per month to Mr.Sarthak Malik, who is the son of the petitioner, aged 22 years old. 3.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits he had never sought any maintenance for Mr. Sarthak Malik in his petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. and as such this part of the impugned order may be set aside without prejudice to the rights of the respondents herein to avail remedies available under the law.

It is submitted Ms.Meenu Malik-wife of the petitioner/respondent no.1 is also in the process of filing revision petition challenging the order dated 12.06.2020 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Courts, Saket, Delhi since she has not been granted a single penny of maintenance. In the circumstances, the revision petition is allowed and order dated 12.06.2020 is set aside to an extent so far as it awards maintenance of Rs.10,000/- per month to Mr.Sarthak Malik since was never claimed by the SHARMA

respondent herein.

In view of the above order the petition stands disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stands disposed of. YOGESH KHANNA, J.
