The petitioner has filed this writ petition for the following reliefs: "(a) to give specific direction to the respondent for demarcating and for tracing out the plot of the petitioner i.e. plot no. 29 total Measuring area 150 sq. yards out of khasra no. 190 & 196 situated in village Siraspur, Delhi abadi Known as Bhagat Singh Park, Which is registered in vide sale deed registration no. 12333, in addl book n. I, volume no. 2104 on pages no. 79 to 80 before the sub Registrar north Kashmiri Gate, Delhi in the favour of the petitioner. (b) Pass any such further order which may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Mr. Abhinav Sharma, learned counsel for Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi ["GNCTD"], who appears on advance notice, states that the land has been urbanised by notification dated 16.05.2017. 3.

In view of the above, Mr. Parvez Haider, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to take appropriate steps as against Delhi Development Authority. 4.
