4. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the statements of the prosecutrix and her mother have not yet been recorded. The case is scheduled for this purpose in July, 2020 before the learned Trial Court.
5. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to approach the court in altered circumstances.
6. Accordingly, the Bail Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
