The complaint itself has emanated from the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh. It is the said decision which was taken by the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh under challenge before the Bar Council of India. 2.

The Court thus finds that the material integral and essential part of cause of action has arisen outside the jurisdiction of this Court, merely on the ground that the appeal is pending before the Bar Council of India should not be the sole factor to invoke the jurisdiction. 3.

The petitioner at this stage seeks liberty to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to approach the jurisdictional High Court. The liberty stands granted.
