The State has also placed on record a circular dated 17.04.2020 which lays down the eligibility conditions for grant of emergency parole. 3.

After making some submissions, Ms. Neha Kapoor, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file an application before the Jail Administration after the petitioner satisfies the eligibility criteria as laid down inter alia in circular dated 17.04.2020.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
