The petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking directions to provide police protection to the petitioner and her husband from respondent nos. 2 and 3. peaceful and vacant possession to the petitioner. 4.
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw clause (A) of the prayer, submitting tha, for which the petitioner shall be availing the appropriate remedy as per law.

In view of the above clause (A) of the prayer stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Mr. Amol Sinha, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that to ensure the safety of the petitioner and her husband, the SHO, Alipur is willing to share his mobile number and that of the Beat Constable, so that the petitioner and her husband can call them, in case of any emergency. The said mobile numbers have been provided today in the Court.

In view of the above, the petitioner and her husband are at liberty to call the SHO/Beat Constable on the mobile numbers, as has been supplied to them today in Court, in case of any emergency. 8.
The petition, accordingly, stands disposed of in above terms.
