The matter has been received just now (03:10 pm) through second supplementary list after mentioning was allowed by the hon'ble Chief Justice since the petitioner had to surrender today itself. 2.
After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner requests that parole may be extended only till tomorrow (04.04.2025) and positively by 05:00 pm, tomorrow the petitioner shall surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent.

Accordingly, as requested by learned counsel for petitioner, the petition is disposed of granting opportunity to the petitioner to surrender by 05:00 pm tomorrow and till that time, parole granted to him stands extended. It is made clear that no further extension of parole shall be granted in view of previous record. It is further directed that once the petitioner surrenders, appropriate medical facility shall be extended to him by jail doctors.
