The limited prayer made by the Petitioner is with regard to the direction to the Respondents to consider and decide the statutory Departmental Appeal filed by the Petitioner under Rule 28 of the Central Reserve Police Force Rules, 1955 in a time bound period. 2.
Mr. Harsh Choudhary, Central Government Standing Counsel while entering appearance on behalf of the Respondents has produced a copy of the order dated 02.08.2025 passed by the competent authority, while deciding the Petitioner‟s Appeal. In view thereof, the present Petition is rendered infructuous.
