% 15.01.2020 CM APPL. 45767/2019 Learned counsel for the respondents has handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner a Demand Draft favouring the petitioner- SSIPL Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd drawn on Axis Bank Ltd for Rs.47,75,000/- dated 14.01.2020, stating that with the payment so made, the claim of the petitioner arising out of the complaints made under Section 138 NI Act would stand fully satisfied.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, concedes to that effect.

As a consequent thereof, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complaint filed under Section 138 NI Act shall not be pressed further and the petitioner would join for the withdrawal/compounding of the
