Parties are ad idem that these matters are similar to W.P.C 3874/2019 wherein following order was passed:

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the differences have been bridged and the matter has been settled outside the court.

The settlement produced is taken on record.

In view of the settlement between the parties, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to revive in case cause of action still survives.
