This is a contempt petition filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeking contempt proceedings against the respondent bank for wilful disobedience of the directions passed in the Order dated 25.03.2026 in W.P. (C) 3887/2026. 2.

For the reasons stated in the petition, issue notice. 3.

It is stated that despite the order, credit card dues were deducted from the account of the petitioner on 30.03.2026 and 08.04.2026. 4.

Mr. Parikh, learned counsel appearing on advance notice, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and states that the same occurred due to an inadvertent error and the correction was made immediately on 10.04.2026. 5.

Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition.
