By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking quashing of case FIR No.720/2015 registered at PS Punjabi Bagh under Sections 336/304-A IPC on the ground of settlement.

Today respondent No.2/complainant is present in person and submits that he has two blind children. He further submits that he was made to sign the compromise deed without being giving any amount and now he has come to know that in the compromise deed it is recorded that he has been paid ` 2 lakhs which is false.

Hand written submission by the complainant to this effect is taken on record.

None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 5.
