Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, it is agreed that since the writ petition is still pending consideration, the present appeal is disposed of by making the interim order dated 15.04.2019 absolute till the disposal of the writ petition. Accordingly, the present appeal is disposed of by making the order dated 15.04.2019, directing the maintenance of status quo, absolute till the disposal of the writ petition.

3. It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on merit of the case and this order has been passed without prejudice to the rights and
